Shipping policy
Here’s what to expect once your order is placed:
You will receive an order confirmation email.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. All orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually in 1-3 days. We appreciate your support and understanding.
Please click on the tracking number within the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information.
Wait for your package to be delivered to you and keep checking tracking information. If it shows ”Unsuccessful Delivery” go to your local post office as soon as possible and pick it up there.
Please note that due to an unexpected situation in our fulfillment and packing facilities we will need to to pause our shipping process from January 20th - January 23th. We will resume shipping on 24th of January. Thank you for your understanding.
Payments:
We are using global leading Stripe, Amazon pay and Coinbase Commerce payment gateways to ensure fast, convenient and secure shopping experience for our customers.
These payment gateways allow you to pay via Amazon Pay, Cryptocurrency, debit or credit card. Various bank cards are accepted such as Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner’s Club, and JCB.
Shipping Time & Fee:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia:
Shipping is free and expedited by default. Estimated shipping time is 10-20 days.
Rest of the World:
Estimated time for expedited shipping varies country to country. Average shipping time is 10-20 days. Free shipping is also available and estimated shipping time is 30-50 days.
We also offer express door to door shipping by DHL/Fedex to certain countries. Estimated shipping time is 4-9 days. You will see all possibilities of shipping during checkout.
Please note that due to the current situation in the World, shipping times may be delayed. There is also a possibility that we will not be able to ship to certain countries at all. Situation changes on a daily basis and unfortunately we are unable to influence it. For exact shipping time for your country feel free to contact us.
