Here’s what to expect once your order is placed:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
All orders are fulfilled and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a “Track My Order” button.
By clicking the “Track My Order” button, you will be redirected to our tracking page where you can view the most up-to-date delivery status of your shipment.

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier.
We kindly ask you to monitor your tracking status regularly. If the tracking shows “Failed Delivery”, “Unsuccessful Delivery”, “Attempted Delivery” or a similar status, please contact or visit your local post office or delivery carrier as soon as possible to arrange pickup or redelivery.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it is automatically forwarded to our team for processing.
Before shipment tracking becomes available, our fulfillment team may already begin preparing your order. This preparation process may include printing shipping labels, packaging the order, and transferring the shipment to the shipping carrier. For this reason, we cannot guarantee order cancellation once payment has been completed.
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Customers are fully responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
If a replacement is requested under our Replacement Package and the shipping address provided for the replacement is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, additional shipping and/or replacement charges may apply.
Payments
We use industry-leading payment providers, Stripe and Coinbase Commerce, to ensure a fast, secure, and reliable checkout experience for all customers.
Through these payment gateways, we accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diners Club®, and JCB®, as well as digital wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely using encrypted technology. For your protection, we do not store or have access to your full payment details at any time.
Shipping Time & Fee:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia:
Shipping is free and expedited by default. Estimated shipping time is 10-20 days.
Please note: For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, expedited shipping is not available by default and additional shipping fees may apply. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Rest of the World:
Estimated time for expedited shipping varies country to country. Average shipping time is 10-20 days. Free shipping is also available and estimated shipping time is 20-30 days.
We also offer express door-to-door shipping via FedEx, UPS, or DHL to select countries. Estimated delivery time for express shipping is 4–9 business days. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Shipping Delays, Customs & Force Majeure
Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, transportation disruptions, strikes, or governmental actions. Delivery delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund as long as the shipment remains in transit, including periods where the package is temporarily held by customs and tracking updates may be limited or unavailable.
Customs authorities may require additional information, documentation, or fees from the recipient. Failure to complete customs clearance does not qualify the order for a refund.
