Refund policy

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment.

Before your order has shipped, you may submit a cancellation request through your customer account or by contacting us at support@magneticcouplesbracelets.com.

Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. After you receive the package, you may request a return under our 30-day return policy or, if you are an EU consumer, exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You may do this by submitting the cancellation/return form available in your customer account, by contacting us at support@magneticcouplesbracelets.com, or by sending us any other clear statement confirming your decision to withdraw.

If you submit the withdrawal form through your customer account, we will confirm receipt of your request by email.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, goods should be sent back without undue delay. Under our 30-day return policy, we allow eligible returns to be sent back within 30 days after delivery, provided the item meets the return eligibility conditions described in this Refund Policy.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels.

If you withdraw under your EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive delivery option offered at checkout, if any. If our least expensive delivery option was free and you chose paid expedited shipping, the expedited shipping fee is not refundable.

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide valid evidence that the goods have been sent back to the correct return address provided by us, whichever is earlier.

Valid evidence of return may include a carrier receipt or tracking information showing that the package has been accepted by the carrier and sent to the correct return address. A return label, incomplete tracking number, or tracking information showing shipment to an incorrect address may not be sufficient.

If the goods are returned to an incorrect address, are not sent according to our return instructions, or cannot be identified due to missing return information, the refund may be delayed until the goods are received and matched to your order.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You may inspect or try on the bracelets in the same way that would reasonably be allowed in a shop. However, you are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized items, where applicable.

Return
In addition to the EU right of withdrawal, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You may initiate a return through your customer account or by contacting us by email at support@magneticcouplesbracelets.com. When your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Before approving a return request, we may ask you to provide clear photos or a short video of the item and its packaging for verification purposes. This helps us confirm eligibility and process returns more efficiently.

The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels.

After shipping the return package, please email the return tracking number to our customer service email on the same day. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information, so delivery can be confirmed. If the item is shipped without tracking and is lost by the carrier, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Refunds under our 30-day return policy are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse a return under our 30-day return policy if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use beyond trying it on.

Expedited Shipping Cost
If you selected expedited shipping at checkout and later decide to return your item under our 30-day return policy, the expedited shipping fee is non-refundable. Only the product cost may be refunded if the return is approved.

For EU consumers exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund the cost of our least expensive delivery option offered at checkout, if any. Any additional cost paid for a more expensive delivery option, such as expedited shipping, is not refundable.

Promotional Orders
If your order includes a promotional offer, such as “30% Off on 2nd Pair,” and you decide to return only part of the order, the promotion will be cancelled. Any items kept from the order will then be charged at their original full price, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

This policy does not apply to orders where a discount code was applied to the entire purchase, such as site-wide or order-wide discount codes. In such cases, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price actually paid.

Failed Delivery, Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect AddressPlease ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

If a package fails to be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled delivery information provided by the customer, or because the customer failed to collect the package, refused delivery, did not respond to the carrier or other required delivery steps, these circumstances are outside of our control and the order may not be eligible for a refund.

If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible at support@magneticcouplesbracelets.com so we can assist you.

In such cases, we may offer a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion. If a replacement shipment or store credit results in additional costs, these costs may be deducted or charged accordingly. Any such additional costs are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Refusal to pay these fees or failure to clear customs does not qualify the order for a refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When contacting us, please include clear photos or a short video of the item and its packaging, as this helps us assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Digital Products Refunds
Our digital products include, but are not limited to, Love Cards, downloadable guides, manuals, digital card games, and access to the Conscious Love Support System, including any related Skool community access, private resources, support materials, guided content, or other digital features made available as part of a bundled purchase.

Digital products are non-tangible goods. Due to the immediate access provided after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, activated, emailed, invited, downloaded, or otherwise made accessible.

By purchasing any digital product from Magnetic Couples Bracelets, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

For EU consumers, by purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your EU right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered, activated, emailed, invited, downloaded, or otherwise made accessible.

Bundled Products Including Conscious Love Support System
Certain products sold on our website may include both a physical product and access to the Conscious Love Support System.

For bundled products that include the Conscious Love Support System, $27 of the total purchase price is allocated to the Conscious Love Support System portion of the order, unless otherwise stated on the product page, at checkout, or in another applicable policy.

Once access to the Conscious Love Support System has been delivered, activated, emailed, invited, or otherwise made available, that portion is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

If an eligible return of the physical product is approved, the refundable amount will exclude the $27 allocated to the Conscious Love Support System if access has been provided.

For EU consumers, this applies where you have expressly consented to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged that you lose your EU right of withdrawal for that digital portion once access has been provided.

Email Delivery & Customer Responsibility
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or made available via a digital access link, account invitation, or private community access.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address when purchasing digital products. Magnetic Couples Bracelets is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled email address entered by the customer.

If you do not receive access to your digital product due to an email delivery issue, please contact us at support@magneticcouplesbracelets.com within 24 hours of purchase so we can assist you and re-send access once the correct email address has been confirmed.

Failure to receive a digital product due to an incorrect email address does not qualify the order for a refund.

Limited Refund Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

1. Non-delivery due to a verified technical issue
If access to the digital product cannot be provided due to a verified technical error on our side and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Product materially not as described
If the digital product you received is materially different from its description on our website, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase and provide clear evidence of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, preferences, or subjective interpretation.

Additional Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by customer error, including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete email address, device limitations, software incompatibility, or problems caused by third-party providers or applications.

Once access to the digital product has been successfully provided, the product is considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after purchase will not be accepted.

Refund requests that conflict with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other store policies will not be honored.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any legal rights you may have as a consumer, including your EU right of withdrawal where it applies.
