2. When will my package arrive? I’m way too excited.

3. Can you customize the bracelets? Or exchange them if we picked the wrong size/style?

4. My bracelets arrived a bit wonky or damaged 😢 what now?

No worries, we’ll make it right! Just email us at support@magneticcouplesbracelets.com with your order info and a pic of the issue, and we’ll sort it out with care (and a sprinkle of love).

5. Can I wear them in the shower or while swimming?

Technically yes... but it’s a NO from us. 😅
To keep them lookin’ fresh and fab, take them off before getting wet. Chlorine, salt, and too much water can be unkind to the magnet, beads and charm finishes.

6. How do I return something if it's just not working out?

It happens! We’ve got a return policy that explains it all (no awkward convos needed).

7. I want to change my order but it already shipped... help?

Once your bracelets are in transit, they're off on their little adventure, and we can't switch or reroute them. 😔

8. Can you ship bracelets to two different addresses? (Like one for me, one for bae?)

9. My tracking link isn’t working.. am I being ghosted?

Definitely not ghosted 💌
Sometimes tracking updates take a moment. Check the confirmation email we sent (search your inbox for “Magnetic Couples Bracelets”). If it still looks glitchy, email us at support@magneticcouplesbracelets.com and we’ll help you out.

10. It says my package was delivered, but... I’ve got nothing.

Yikes. First, double-check the shipping address you gave us. Then check:

  • Mailbox?
  • Neighbors?
  • That weird spot where the post office hides stuff sometimes?

11. Do I need to buy 2 bracelets or just 1?
